These AI Product Terms supplement and form part of the Terms of Service, Enterprise Services Agreement, or any other written agreement between customer and Knock Labs, Inc. (the "Agreement") governing customer's use of the Knock services. In the event of a conflict between these AI Product Terms and the Agreement, these AI Product Terms will govern solely with respect to the use of AI features.
Effective date
These AI Product Terms are effective as of the date customer first enables or uses any AI feature, and apply to all subsequent use of AI features.
Definitions
- AI features. Features of the Knock services that use artificial intelligence or machine learning models, including third-party models, to generate, transform, analyze, or retrieve content.
- Input. Prompts, queries, data, or other content that customer, its users, or its systems submit to or make available to an AI feature.
- Output. Content or data generated by an AI feature in response to an Input.
Customer responsibilities
Customer is solely responsible for reviewing and validating any Output before relying on or acting on it. Customer is responsible for ensuring that its Inputs and use of Output comply with applicable laws and the Agreement.
Third-party AI providers
AI features may be powered by third-party model providers disclosed in Knock's subprocessors list. Customer data processed by these providers is handled in accordance with the Agreement and the Data Processing Addendum.
Training
Knock does not use customer content to train its own artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and does not permit its AI providers to use customer content to train their models, except as necessary to provide the services.
Disclaimer of warranties
Customer acknowledges that AI features and any Output generated by them may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for customer's intended use, and may not be unique. Knock Labs, Inc. does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the services. The services (including AI features and any Output generated through them) and implementation services are provided "as is," and Knock Labs, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
