Sync delivery + engagement event data
The message_events export gives you an event-level record for every delivery and engagement event across messages produced by a workflow, broadcast, or guide. Each row captures a single event with the source, channel, and recipient context you need to build analytics models in your warehouse.
This includes the full set of engagement events: seen, interacted, opened, clicked, and archived. Combined with delivery events, you get a complete timeline of what happened to every message without relying on webhooks or custom ETL.
